"THE BIRTH OF A NATION."
Few men except D. W. Griffith could interweave the history.of the American Civil War, and the events subsequent to the defeat of the South, with a charming love story, and out of the two make so stupendous and thrilling a picture as "The Birth of a Nation," which is now showing to crowded houses, afternoon and evening, at The King's Theatre. From beginning to end of the picture there is not a dull moment. The screening is accompanied by excellent music.
