At the monthly meeting of the Management Committee of ihu Wellington Boys' Institute,' I lie director (Mr. Il'. Ross), reported' that the membership hail been increased to over 600 boys. The attendance was each month becoming larger and larger. During the hist month, there were 3051 attendances of members for instruction;!) and recreative purposes, and for the last five months the attendance* were no fewer than 15,017, nifwU up by average mshtjy attendances ranging from 120 to 170 .boys.
