LONDON, 30th July. The Dundee by-election resulted:— Mr. Winston Churchill, 7302; Mr. Scrymgeour, 2506; majority for Mr. Churdhill, 4796.
[The result of the j>by-election is that Mr. Winston Churchill's constituents endorse his appointment to the Cabinet as Minister for Munitions.]
