A meeting of the Wellington Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was lield yesterday afternoon,. Mr. Frank Meadowcroft presiding.. The inspector reported ten^ cases of cruelty, none of which, contained j*ny special features. Donations amounting to' £7 17s 6d were received and acknowledged.
