The quarterly criminal sessions of the Supreme Court will open in Wellington on Monday next, before Mr. Justice Edwards. The list of cases for trial is as follows: — Thomas Bristol, alleged theft from a vessel, Wellington. Walter Turner, alleged robbery with violence, Wellington. Myrtle Harvey, alleged burglary and theft, Otaki. Arthur Henry Woods, alleged attempted indecent assault, Wellington. Gustav Adolph Hirschberg, alleged arson, Carterton. William Southee and David John i Southee, alleged sheep-stealing, Upper Hutt. Charles Kemp, breaking, entering, and theft, Wellington. John Lavigne, alleged unnatural offence, Wellington.
