LET ANZAC DAY BE THE DAY.
"May I make this appeal to all concerned. Let Anzac Day, fixed for the annual commemoration of the sacred devotion of our boys, so nobly displayed on Gallipoli, be 'The Day' on which the wage-workers of New Zealand give their final assurance to their fellow-citizens, and especially to our comrades at the front that, come what may, we will stand firmly together to give them support arid encouragement until the enemies of liberty are finally subdued."
