The Germans have ordered the evacuation of the populations, of several places behind the tiring line, particularly in the legions of Comines, La Bassee, Frelinghion (north-east of Armentieres), and Loos.
The Germans have dosed all the Belgian schools, tJhe alleged reason being the shortage of coal. (Received February 26, 9.15 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, 25th February. , The German Governor of Belgium (General vun Biasing), besides closing the schools, has ordered all shops to close at 6 o'clock, and restricted the lighting in hotels, theatres, and restaurants.
