SHORTT'S THEATRE.
The Metro drama, "The Wager," was shown for the last time at Shortt's Theatre on Saturday. This week's programme was headed by a delightful study, "God's Half-acre." It abounds with unusual scenes, and there is an admirable blending of pathos and humour. In tho leading role is that charming star of the screen, Mabel Taliaferro. Tho minor pictures on- the programme are of more than average merit.
