GERMAN SAVINGS BANKS'
DEPOSITS.
(Received February 24, noon.) LONDON, 23rd February. The Daily Telegraph's correspondent at Paris reports that the German Government's instructions to savings banks practically compel them to invest 85 per cent, of the deposits in future war loans.
