APPEAL AGAINST SERVICE DISMISSED
CASE OF 'AN ALLEGED ALIEN.
(HI TELEGRAPH.—PREB3 ASSOCIATIONJ HAWERA, 23rd February The Military 'Appeal Board to-day received a reply from the Solicitor-General with reference to the appeal of Frederick Anett on the ground that he is an alien The Solicitor-General stated that the appellant having been born in New Zealand is a natural-born British subject, and a Reservist. The nationality of the parents is immaterial. The appeal was dismissed.
