LONDON 22nd February. The Dardanelles report was not issued to-night.
The Daily Telegraph states that the, report considers that the attempt on the Peninsula was not fully justified. The report is not unfavourable to the .late Lord Kitchener, but the responsibility is not confined to Mr. Churchill.
