A.fter hearing ths evidence in the case against Sidney Tuwanga, who was'chargod with assaulting William Dorricott, a soldier, yesterday, the Magistrate merely recorded a conviction. A charge of assault was also preferred against John Coyle, who was dealt with in the same way as Tuwanga , ■ A nervous-looking little negro by the name of Roma Bagwan did not .appreciate tho fact that he was called upon to answer a charge of assaulting Mick Stockwell.
