NEARLY SIX MILLIONS PAID.

From the Minister of Agriculture (Hon/ W. D. S. MacDonaid) it is learned that the Imperial Government Supplies Department has valued, (as per certificates received) 303,317 bales of wool on Imperial account. The total number of bales shipped is 123,950 and the number of steamers en route for London (with 1 118,201 bales) is 15. There- are seven 1 steamers loading wool in the Dominion.,

The total number of bales available for shipment is 179,367. Total payments from 15th December, 1916; to 19th February, amount, to £5,760,393, and the total number of bales paid for is 240,432 bales.
