ORGANISING THE EMPIRE
MR. MASSEY'S DESIRE,

LONDON, 22nd February. Mr. Massey was the guest at a luncheon given by the Progress of the Empire Organisation. He pleaded for the immediate establishment of commercial preference in" order to build up the Empire. New Zealand should be the Empire's dairy farm, Canada its granary, and Australia- its wool and meat producer. ■
