VIOLENT ARTILLERY FIRE,
(Received February 23, 2 p.m.) .. LONDON, 22nd February. A^ Rumanian communique states : There is violent reciprocal artillery five'on the northern front and in Western Moldavia. The Russian artillery is active elsewhere, dispersing the enemy and destroying positions.
