House Peters, a popular screen actor, appears in. the title part of "The Rail Rider," a five-act drama showing this week at the People's Picture Palace. Saturday's usual chango will include for a star, picture a five-reel drama, "What Happened at 22," with Frances Nelson in the leading part. ■
