AN IMPORTANT CONFERENCE
BEING HELD AT PETROGRAD
PETROGRAD, 30th January. Lord Milnor (who is a member of the British Cabinet War Committee) has arrived to attend an important conference of the Allies. The other British representatives are Lord Revelstoke, General Sir Henry Wilson (Director of Munitions), and General Hanbury-Williams. France is represented by M. Doumergue (Minister for the Colonies) and General Castelnau; Italy by Signor Scialoja (a member of the Cabinet) and General Laderchi. The British.. French, and Italian Ambassadors will also attend. The delegates .were heartily welcomed on their arrival. The conference will be military and political, like those which were held in London, Paris, and Home.
