GERMAN INDUSTRIES RUTHLESSLY SACRIFICED.
LONDON, 29th January. General Groener (the German organiser under the Ministry of Munitions) has ordered the maximum speed at the German munition works, and has mercilessly closed other industries, refusing to hear protests. He declares "that the army has no time to argue; ,it must have shells. '
