The Morning Post's Petiograd correspondent states that the Russians and Rumanians have made rapid headway in the Dobrudja. They, have advanced from eight to twenty-five miles against stubborn opposition. The enemy's left holds fast about Rahova, but the right has retired twenty-five miles, and the centre a little less.
