DUTSTEDIN, 12th October. The Otago branch of the Navy League to-day considered a cablegram from the High Commissioner to the Hon. G. W. Eussell, stating that the Navy Belief Committee suggested holding a largo proportion of the money collected until later when cases of real urgency will be more nnmerous, also the setting aside of money for the education of dependents.
