10 THS EDITOR. Sir,—ln last night's Evening Post you published a letter on the above subject, and I certainly think your correspondent was right. There is no doubt that unless some change is made a great wrong will be done to those who have enlisted and i have been rejected, if their names are I published alongside those conscripts who have been chosen by ballot. I can understand the authorities making sure that none will escape military service, but surely it is possible that those who have enlisted and been rejected can be notified by letter that their names have come up in the ballot and to instruct them to appear before the Military Service Board for their final examination., Failing their appearance there within a reasonable time their names to be published, but not before.—l am, etc., NOT A CONSCRIPT. 12th October.
