MILITARY UNIFORMS
CONTRACTS CANCELLED.
(EI TBLEGBAPB.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.)
AUCKLAND, Ist September. The Hon. A. M. Myers, Minister of Munitions, stated to-day that as the case of A. Levy was still sub jndice, he could not make any statement on the subject, except to say that the cancellation of the contract would not make any difference, so far as obtaining supplies was concerned. Arrangements had been made for the completion of tho balance of the contract. "The rumour that I had cancelled the contract of another clothing manufacturer owing to the use of cotton instead of linen thread, is correct," added Mr. Myers.
