RUSTCHUK.

AMSTERDAM, Ist September. It is reported in Berlin that the Rumanians have occupied Eustchuk.
[E-Ustchuk is an important town om the .Bulgarian bank of tho Danube, due south of Bucharest. It stands opposite the Rumanian town Giurgevo, and its importance 'arises from the fact that here the Danube is crossed by the BucharestVarna railway.] H
