EXISTING RATE MAINTAINED.
LONDON, Ist September. In the South Wales coalfield dispute, the miners claimed 12^ per cent, advance, and the owners wanted 15 per cent.' reduction. Mr'.- Justice. Pickford's award maintains the existing rate.
