BRITISH "BLACK LIST"
STEPS TAKEN BY UNITED STATES

WASHINGTON, Ist September. In a measure aimed at the British Black list, the Senate adopted an amendment giving President Wilson power to prohibit the importation into America of products which cannot be re-exported to foreign countries.
