(UNITED PRSSS ASSOCIATION. —COPYWOHT.) (Received August 17, 12.30 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, 16th August. Two German commercial submarines have undergone trials off Heligoland. They will shortly depart for the United States. (Received August 17, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 16th August. Berlin reports tha.t there has been no news of the Deutschland. since sho sailed. [The Deutschland left Chesapeake Bay on 3rd August.]
