NATIONAL RESERVE
The officers' training classes instituted by the instructional staff of the National Reserve are gaining in popularity and numbers every evening. The class for tho Expeditionary officers is gradually growing, and the instructors are giving their keenest attention to those who are looking for stripes or stars, and there is not the slightest doubt that that is the way to gain them.' Quite apart from the saving to the Government in having trained men in the camp, the drudgery is cut out when the prospective n.c.o. or officer has this necessary military knowledge at his finger ends. For those who are seriously thinking of going into camp, a course of training under exceptionally favourable conditions is offered by the instructional staff of the Reserve, and should be freely availed of.
