RUSSIANS REPORT PROGRESS
BELGIAN MOBILE FORCE IN GALICIA

PETROGRAD, 14th August. Official. —The Russians have forded the Lukh, a tributary of the Sereth, and expelled the enemy from a series of trenches. We have crossed the Zlota Lipa at several points. Our offensive north-West of the Dniester continues. We captured the- village of Tustobaby in the face of a terrific fire from wellprepared trenches.
Belgian cyclists and armoured cars rendered distinguished services in assisting in the capture of the town of Zboroff (at the point where the Ta'rno-pol-Lemberg railway crosses the Strypa). v

A Russian communique states: We continue our advance on the upper Strypa._ ' .
