Alice Moore (separate estate), £1 0s 6d, costs • ss; Oscar Hewett and Co. v. Daniel Flynn, £4 10s, costs 10s; Ullathome, Hartridge, nii<l Co., Ltd., v. William M'Donald, £1 3s 3d, costs ss; Dr. E. Bawsoli v. John William Jobson, £4 14s 6d, costs 10s; «T. B. Clarksou and Co., Ltd., v. Bei't C. Emery, 13s, cost only; Oscar Hewett and Co: v. Sidney M. Mead, £8, costs £1 3s 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.
