(By Telegrapb.—Press Association.—Copyright.)
(Received June 29, 2.45 p.m.)
LONDON, 28th June.
Replying to a question as to the result of his conference at Paris, Lord Robert Cecil said that its object was to consider whether it was desirable to continue the partial enforcement of the Declaration of London. The British and French Governments had decided in the negative, and it was hoped that the other Allies would concur. ' The King would be advised to issue an Order-in-Council withdrawing the successive Orders issued under the Declaration. Mr. Asquith hoped to make a statement early next week as to the Government's intentions regarding the results of the Paris Conference.
