BLOCKADE REPRISALS
BRITONS IN GERMANY TO
STARVE FIRST.
(Received June 29, 8 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, 28th June.
The Cologne Gazette states : - The blockade is intended to starve us, and we must accommodate ourselves to the available stocks. It is'natural that if our hunger becomes pronounced the British among us must be the first to suffer. We shall know how to protect ourselves against reprisals.
