Gisborne Hurdle Handicap, of 200 soys; one mile and three-quarters Gazette, 9.8, 1; Marconi, 11.9, 2. Scratched—Bodenham, Fagot. Won by a length, three lengths separating second and third. Time, omin 19sec.
Vvaikanae Handicap, of 150 soys; seven furlongs.—The Summit, 9.7, 1; Downham, If). 13, 2; Zeus, 10.8, 3. Scratched : Kooya- and MultifuaJ. Won by four lengths. Time, Imii; 31sec.
Maiden Hack Handicap, of 100 soys; five furlongs.—War Tax, 9.2, 1; Kidderminster, 9.0, 2; Pearl Marie, 10.2, 3. Scratched : Gamesome, Bay Ethel, and Gazique. Won by a length. Time, lmin 3j-sec.
Te Hapara Steeplechase, of 200 soys; two miles and a-half.—Fagot, 10.9, 1; Spalperion, 11.3, 2; Lady Bibbero, 9.2, 3. Also started: Rerekohu. Won by a length; twenty lengths between second and third. Time, smin 22^sec.
