PURCHASE OF 1916 CLIP
CONTEMPLATED.

LONDON, 16th June. The War Office explains that there is no restriction on the purchase for sale of raw sheepskins, or skin and wool pulped prior to the Army Council order of Bth June.
The War Council is considering arrangements for the purchase of the whole 1916 clip, hence the provincial sales will not be held.
