. SENSATION IN SYDNEY. , *' SYDNEY, 29th. May. Mr. Tudor (Federal Minister of Customs) has announced that the wool to be sold at this week's Brisbane salea will not be allowed to be exported outside the Empire.

A sensation has been caused in woolbroking circles at the prohibition of export of wool from the Brisbane sales, i The secretary of the Wool Brokers' Association states that if the embargo is not lifted it will be useless to sell. ' (Received May 30, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 29th May. • English wool buyers are gratified at the Ausralian prohibition of wool for export outside the Empire.*
