No cases of infantile paralysis in Wellington City have been reported for the past three weeks. Yesterday., afternoon a boy ten years of age was admitted to the Masterton Hospital suffering from the disease. It has been dc v cided by the Masterton School Committee, after consultation with the medical authorities and the headmaster, that the school shall be kept closed this week. A child related to a family in which there was a case of infantile paralysis, and who has been attending the school, has contracted the disease, and was removed to the hospital on Sunday moming. The school is being thorouglily fumigated this week.
