BYLAWS TO BE PASSED
A special meeting of the City Council will be held on Thursday next to ; pass bylaws dealing .with the milk supply question, under the following heads :— * (1) For the appointment of inspectors of milk and dairies.
(2) For prescribing precautions to be taken for protecting milk against infection or contamination and for prohibiting the sale of milk in cases where Ihe public health would be likely to be endangered. (3) For the registration and licensing of all persons employed in the city in connection with'the sale or delivery of milk.
(4) Generally to carry into effect the powers vested in the council by regulations dated the 16th September, 1907.
