Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co., in conjunction with Messrs. Haroourt and Co., will sell to-morrow, at 2.30 p.m., four residential properties in Adelaide-road and Hanson-street, to close an estate. The _ Adelaide-road house is No. 282, containing six rooms, whilst the Hansonstreet houses comprise No. 161 of six rooms, 165 of seven rooms, and 173 of thirteen rooms.
A social gathering will bo held in the Methodist Church, Karori, to-morrow evening.
