LONDON, 2nd December. The Board of Trade estimates that German warships during November sank twenty steamers, of 48,500 tons. Three hundred and fifteen lives were lost by the sinking of the transport Ramazan and 167 by the sinking of the transport Marquette. Eleven stea/ners, aggregating 5300 tons, were sunk by mines.
