~«.,.,.. , , „ BEKNE, 2nd December. iJr. bcnott. director of the Hamburg Observatory, describes the Dardanelles and the Bosphorus as the joint or bridgehead in the great international route of the future, namely, Berlin, Vienna, Constantinople, the Bagdad railway, the Persian Gulf, and the Indian Ocean. The route will be secure and permanently open to the vital Central Powers.
