THIRTEEN MORE CHARGES. (BT HITCRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, This Day. Thirteen charges against Robert Sproule Hutton ' Menzies were proceeded with in the Police Court to-day. Twelve were for theft, the total sum involved (including the charges previously gone into) being about £1400. The thirteenth charged him with committing forgery by making a false document, viz., a receipt to Neill and Co. for the sum of £923 for adjustment of loss per the Kotuku, -and purporting to be signed by S. Jacobs on behalf of Joseph Nathan and Co., Wellington. Accused pleaded guilty to all charge* and was committed for sentence.
