SOLDIER'S FATAL FALL FROM A TRAIN
(BY TBLEGRAPH— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) GORE, 11th October. Pte. T. Sharp, employed as a porter on tho local staff of the Railway Department, who was proceeding to join the Trentham Rifle Brigade, foil under tho north-bound express this afternoon at Pukerau, eight miles noith of Gore, and was killed. His mother resides in_ Tasmani*.
