RISE IN WOOL FREIGHTS
■ From 16th October the freights on wool from New Zealand to the United Kingdom will be as follows : —Greasy wool Id per pound, slipe wool lgd per pound, washed and scoured lid per pound ; all plus 25 per cent, war charge. The Australian rates are lgd for greasy and lgd for scoured, plus 20 per cent, war surcharge in each case. New Zealand and Australian rates_ are -subject to the usual 5 per cent, primage.
