Carruthers' (Middlemareh) Tourist 1, same owners' Netter Index 2, same owners' The Dene 3. Clydesdale stallion, 2yrs: G. Patrick 1, J. R. Patrick 2, J. Muir 3 Wright, Stephenson's Challenge Cup was won by Donald Macdonald's^ Scotland's Stamp, champion; J. Patrick's Baron Bold, reserve champion to Scotland's Stamp. Carriage stallion: J. Lane's Foxwood 2. Hackney stallion: J. Jeff's Nefferon Toreador 1. Trotting stallion: R. Ruthven's Captain Tracey 1, J. Jeff's Dontore 2. Thoroughbred stallion: J. Conn's Applegarth 1, R. Berry's Kentlock 2. Pony stalhon: W. Pearson's Arab Knight 1, R. M'Sharp's Tom Thumb 2.
