(BT TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) x , AUCKLAND, This Day. At the Supreme Court. John Rouss. charged with theft from a dwelling at Hamilton, was admitted to two years' probation on condition that he abstains from intoxicating liquor. Matthew Cox, for horse-stealing at Hamilton, was sentenced to fourteen days' imprisonment on tlie expiration of a term he is now serving, and two years' reformative treatment.
