SOLDIER CRICKETERS
CLUB FORMED AT TRENTHAM. Cricketers generally will be pleased to hear that Trentham Camp is to have a cricket club A very successful meeting was held at the camp on Tuesday, Mr. G. Hawke being in the chair. It was decided to enter a team .for the Wellington Senior Championship. Amongst others, the team will consist of the following well-known players : — J. H. Bennett, D Sandman, H. M. M'Girr, G. Hawke, C M. Bannerman, S. Dempsey, M P. Naughton, E. Bernau. etc. The club has a strong membership, and should have a very successful season.
