EXAMINATIONS FOR COMMISSIONS
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, I—Some1 — Some time in August an examination for commissions was held by the Defence Department. Quite a fortnight ago I saw in some newspaper a lot of results for Tauherenikau candidates, with marks gained! But, meanwhile, no list appears for Trentham and Rangiotu candidates. It would be some satisfaction to the boys and their friends to know how they fared before saying goodbye to each other. — I am, etc., INTERESTED. Wellington, 7th October, 1915.
