W, Russell, Minister of Internal Affairs, if his public duties at this time of the session permit. Afternoon tea will be provided. Tfie exhibition is, if anything, 'above the usual standard, and there are plenty of interesting pictures. One, which will cause a good deal of interest and amusement, is Mr. Bowring's cartoon of the National Ministry. The members' art union will be drawn on the opening day and the public art union towards the close of the exhibition.
