HOSPITAL SHIP
MANY APPLICANTS FOR POSITIONS. Many applications are being received for positions as orderlies- on the hospital ship Marama, which it is anticipated will leave some time in December. It is desired to point" out that before applicants are selected they must undergo the medical test, and the best course to adopt is to enlist at the local recruiting office and stipulate that duties on the hospital ship are preferred. Should any applicant (failing service with the ship) i desire to go with the ambulance section, he should also state the fact. The names of those applying at the recruiting offices are in due course forwarded on to the proper headquarters, where a selection 1 will be made.
