ARMENIAN HORRORS
SUPERINTENDED BY GERMANS. LONDON, 30th September. The Cairo correspondent of The Times Teports that some of the German Consuls encouraged the Armenian atrocities. Herr Rossler, the German Consul at Aleppo, went to Aikab and superintended the outrages in person, and the notorious Baron Oppenheim suggested the removal of the women and children of the Allies to an area where they; could not fail to witness the barbarities that were being committed by the troops in the streets, which literally ran with blood." There is incontestable proof that Talaat Bey was the instigator of the atrocities.
