Members of the Selwyn Football Club held their annual smoke concert last evening, Mr. D Weir, chairman of the Rugby Union, presiding. Presentations were made to the following members : — Most improved player in the senior fifteen, Mr. N. M'Phee ; fourth team, Mr. S. H. Bramley best forward, and Mr L. Roberts best back ; fifth team, Mr. G. Pegley (captain) best back, Mr. J. A. Stick most improved back, and Mr. J Smith best forward. Trophies were also presented to Messrs.
